Shipping & Delivery

 

FREE SHIPPING IN EUROPE

 

We deliver orders according to the delivery method selected by the Buyer.

The Buyer will be notified by email when the order is prepared and ready to ship.

Orders to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia are shipped within 5–14 business days, and to other supported countries within 14–20 business days after payment has been received.

Shipments to Omniva or DPD parcel lockers take 1–7 business days.

If faster shipping is required, the Buyer should contact us to arrange expedited delivery.

Shipping costs depend on the product and its weight, and are calculated at checkout.

If the Buyer wants to use a different delivery method, it must be agreed with the Seller in advance.

Orders can also be collected from our warehouse in Burtnieku novads, Rencēni, “Runcīši 1”, LV-4232.

If a delivery is delayed, the Seller will inform the Buyer immediately by email or phone.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the chosen delivery service.

If the Buyer is not available to receive the order, a repeat delivery fee may apply.

Free local delivery is provided in Valmiera and surrounding areas.
