Returns & Refunds

Easy Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at woodrocklatvia@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages or Wrong Items
Check your order on arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card company time to process the refund.
